Fatma Özok
She was born in Nicosia-Cyprus in 1963. After graduating from Nicosia Turkish High School in 1981, she attended education painting and ceramics courses at Atatürk Vocational High School between 1998-2002. In 2002, she received Tile painting and glazing training at Ufuk Ateş Baş Studio in Istanbul. She had undergraduate education in the Plastic Arts department of the Near East University Faculty of Fine Arts and Design in 2006-2008. She graduated as valedictorian of school from the Plastic Arts department of the American University of Cyprus in 2023. She participated in many group exhibitions since 2002.Turkish Cypriot Ceramics Association and she is a member of the Association Of Cyprus Paper Artists. In 2022, she opened her first personal exhibition titled “Dialectics”, consisting of glass-ceramic-epoxy materials. She opened the ceramic exhibition called "RESONANCE" in June 2023. She has been continuing her work at "ClayArt" Ceramic Art Studio since 2002.
