Bulletin Theme: Resonance
Bulletin Editor: Sophie Chanyoung Kim
Bulletin Designer: Orit Mardkha-Tenzer
Quote from IAPMA President Fides Linien's pre-word:
“(...) Philosophically, RESONANCE refers to the deep, often subtle, connection or interaction that occurs when something – an idea, a feeling, a form echoes or reverberates within us or across different contexts … The deeper the RESONANCE, the more intense the inspiration can be. It is as if RESONANCE provides a shared frequency between artist’s inner world and the outer world, giving rise to something new, something that did never exist before…“
Handmade Paper Cover:
The cover of the bulletin was produced by IAPMA member Marie Sol Payró from Mexico. The paper consists of recycled cotton with straw fibers. With the application of a heat seal that burns the paper, leaving specific holes.

Quote from IAPMA President Fides Linien's pre-word:
“(...) It is my great pleasure to share my thoughts with you on this year’s Bulletin theme SILENT STRENGTH. In doing so, I would like to focus on the strength and relevance of Paper Art and paper artists in the global art market. I will round this up with some reflections on the silent strength of swarm intelligence which highlights IAPMA’s relevance for paper artists, hand papermakers and indeed all our members (...)“
