I am Contemporary Paper&Fiber Artist with a passion for creating innovative and thought-provoking pieces. My passion for paper comes from its unique characteristics, easily obtainable and with endless possibilities. Using organic materials has an essential role in my work, finding beauty in things that are imperfect, temporary and incomplete. Creating a bond with nature allows me to investigate the materials in different ways, helping me to address organic shapes, textures and colors of nature, whilst at the same time addressing sustainability and environmental issues too.I use a wide range of techniques including Hand made paper, hand-cutting, layering, and painting with paper to create multi-dimensional pieces that are both visually striking and emotionally evocative. In my work combines traditional techniques with contemporary themes to create something truly unique. My work is inspired by the beauty of nature and its ever-changing forms.
