Nature is a riot of beauty. Paper is the perfect medium to capture the grace and texture that invigorate the Central Highlands of Arizona where I live. For 30 years, I have collected, processed and sculpted organic materials. Through collaborating with the natural world and the power of the elements, I form pieces reflecting the elegant chaos around me. Each of my works holds this trademark of partnership and the ledger of connection where the "art" occurs in time and space. I have found a way to accept and express this poignant tension in life between fragility and strength.
